Liberty Refund and Return Policy

At Liberty, we value your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below to understand the process and conditions for canceling orders or requesting refunds.

Return Eligibility:

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, customized products, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at info@libertykirana.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Be sure to provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Shipping: Upon approval of your return request, we will arrange for our reverse logistics partner to collect the item. You will receive a return label and further instructions via email.
  3. Return Confirmation: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  4. Approved Returns: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  5. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
  6. Processing Time: Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only possible for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange Process: Follow the same steps as the return process to initiate an exchange. A replacement item will be shipped after the original product is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You will have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
