Liberty Refund and Return Policy

At Liberty, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:

Return Eligibility:
Time Frame: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Opened or used items are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, customized products, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.


Return Process:
Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will arrange for our reverse logistics partner to pick up the item. You will receive a return label and instructions via email.


Return Confirmation: After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.



Approved Returns: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


Exchanges:


Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Process: Follow the same steps as the return process to initiate an exchange. A replacement will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items:


If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
