  • Order Processing: Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays. If an item is under production or requires additional time, you will be informed via email.

Logistics Partners:

  • We collaborate with reliable logistics partners to ensure the delivery of your orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS. While Liberty strives for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers but will work diligently to minimize any inconvenience.

Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order. Liberty is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Eligible Delivery Locations:

  • Delivery is available in select areas. During checkout, please enter your pin code to confirm whether delivery services are available in your location. If your area is outside our delivery network, we will not be able to process your order.

Delays and Disruptions:

  • Deliveries may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, political disruptions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, Liberty will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays, but we cannot be held liable for any inconvenience these delays may cause.
